Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy sessions draw from a range of modalities adapted to your needs. This session will involve making sense of your struggle and determining what you need to move forward with direction and support.

I use a warm and non-judgmental counselling approach that is based in an Emotion-Focused therapeutic orientation (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Psychodynamic Therapy (AEDP), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It is, however, my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) which most informs my practice and guides my work.
